Abstract
El Poder Ejecutivo, mediante el Decreto Ejecutivo N.° 45789-MAG-S-SP-MOPT, reforma el Transitorio I del Decreto Ejecutivo N.° 45675-MAG-S-SP-MOPT relacionado con el Sistema Nacional de Identificación Individual y Rastreabilidad del Ganado Bovino, así como modificaciones al Reglamento a la Ley de Control de Ganado Bovino, Prevención y Sanción de su Robo, Hurto y Receptación. La reforma tiene como finalidad ajustar disposiciones transitorias vinculadas con la implementación y aplicación del sistema de control, identificación y trazabilidad del ganado bovino en el país.
